CHINO COMMERCIAL BANK FRIENDS AND FAMILY

With all of the news about the outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we at Chino Commercial Bank want to let you know of the precautionary steps we are taking to protect our customers, communities, and our team members. We are monitoring reports from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and others, and are meeting daily with our management teams to ensure that we are using the best practices for a clean and safe environment. Part of this preparation includes encouraging our customers to use Chino Commercial Bank’s Online Banking platforms. These platforms give easy access to your banking necessities without having to leave the comfort of your home, or be there in person:

  • Online Banking, which can be accessed from this very webpage, allows you to reconcile your account, access your statements, make transfers between your accounts, and pay your bills all from the computer at home.
  • Our Mobile Banking apps connect directly to our online banking allowing you to access your accounts and make check deposits from anywhere, putting your banking right in the palm of your hand. Click here to download the app.
  • Use a debit card when making purchases to avoid handling cash which can change hands often. An even better solution is to use your debit card in conjunction with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay so that you can make purchases without even making physical contact with the terminal at participating stores.
  • When you do use an ATM machine make sure to wash your hands and use hand sanitizer afterwards.

As always, our branches are also open and ready to serve you. We have stepped up our daily cleaning and disinfecting procedures, educated our team members on the CDC’s best practices for personal hygiene, and are strongly encouraging frequent handwashing as well as the use of hand sanitizer. Despite the fear and uncertainty in the marketplace, we at Chino Commercial Bank are here and ready to help with your financial needs.
