With all of the news about the outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we at Chino Commercial Bank want to take a few minutes to let you know of the precautionary steps we are taking to protect our customers, communities, and our team members. We are monitoring reports from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and others, and are meeting daily with our management teams to ensure that we are using the best practices for a clean and safe environment.
Part of this preparation includes encouraging our customers to use Chino Commercial Bank’s Mobile Banking platform, Online Banking and POP Money. These platforms give easy access to your banking necessities without having to leave the comfort of your home, or be there in person. These Online and Mobile services when coupled with a Chino Commercial debit card allows you to manage and monitor your finances more easily and securely.
As always, our branches are also open and ready to serve you. We have stepped up our daily cleaning and disinfecting procedures, educated our team members on the CDC’s best practices for personal hygiene, and are strongly encouraging frequent handwashing as well as the use of hand sanitizer.
